Cutest coffee shop in SL- I’m loving this Viet coffee scene! From my recollection growing up here, when they arrived they were the first to offer different flavored matchas here. You have to get banana pudding matcha. And order extra pudding. Pay the difference it’s worthhhhh! Oh and the strawberry matcha is bomb! So so good. Also I like to order extra puree. My two favorite baristas so far were Cynthia and Megan. They are so friendly and don’t break a sweat even with a constantly busy store. So happy to have this local gem near my childhood home!

I recently took my daughter to a tea house in Humble for boba tea, and while she enjoyed her drink, I decided to try Vietnamese coffee for the first time. Instantly obsessed. Ever since that day, I’ve been hooked and have been craving it regularly. Fast forward to today — I was in Sugar Land and searched for Vietnamese coffee nearby. That’s how I found RANG. Naturally, I was excited and drove about 20 minutes out of my way specifically for this coffee I’ve grown to love. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. First, they only offered one size, which already wasn’t ideal for someone like me who genuinely loves coffee and prefers a larger cup. But what really disappointed me was the amount of actual coffee in the cup. The cup itself was mostly filled with ice, and the coffee portion felt extremely small — honestly closer to a measuring cup worth of coffee than an actual medium drink because the cup was excessively filled with ice. For the distance I drove and the anticipation I had, I expected much better value and portion size. The flavor may have been fine, but the overall experience left me feeling let down, especially for something I was genuinely excited about.

their drinks definitely lean on the sweeter side, but the flavors are great. the ube coco latte was super creamy, and the egg foam coffee was rich and decadent. they also don't skimp on the foam! it's thick, and makes the drinks feel extra indulgent. the colors of their drinks are so pretty as well the coffee itself has a strong kick, so def be prepared for that. overall a solid spot for dessert-like drinks

The two coffee drinks we got were very good. One over ice and another frozen blended. A frozen mocha drink wit' no whipped was very tasty. My rang super sua da was amazing and it wasn't long before all i had was a cup of ice. I really enjoyed an almond croissant, I didn't need it but it may have been one of the best i've had. We'll be back. First time to use a portafilter as a door handle.....cool!

I am not sure what they put in their coffee but it is amazing! I loved all of the different unique options they had. They had 3 separate menus- one with holiday specials, hot/iced drinks, and special unique Vietnamese style coffees and pastries. I tried the iced ube latte with oat milk and it was so flavorful and sweet. The place is cute and spacious. The barista was also nice. This place would be a nice hangout spot to catch up with friends. I just want to go back here to try more things they offer! I just loved the vibes, decor, and options! There’s plenty of parking in the area, it’s right next to a nail salon.
